How We Handle Child Safety During Daily School Runs

I only release children to authorized adults. Before starting service, parents provide me with a list of authorized pickup persons. If anyone else needs to collect, I require advance written notification from the parent.

Every child must be properly secured in age-appropriate restraints before the vehicle moves. I check seatbelts are correctly fastened before every single journey, no exceptions.

I carry emergency contact information for all children, have first aid training, and maintain comprehensive breakdown and emergency response procedures. Parents are immediately notified of any issues, no matter how minor.

The vehicle doesn't move until everyone is safely secured. I explain this to children gently but firmly, and if there are ongoing issues, I work with parents to address them. Safety is non-negotiable.
